1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account you create on the w333 Platform to access our services.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers for and uses the w333 Platform.
• "Platform" means the w333 website accessible at w333.cam, mobile applications, and all associated services.
• "Services" means all online gambling services offered by w333, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slots, and lottery-style games.
• "Funds" means the monetary balance held in your Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age and Residency

2.2 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or using funds that do not belong to you.
• You are not suffering from any gambling addiction or mental impairment that would affect your ability to make informed decisions about gambling.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or prohibited persons list maintained by gambling regulatory authorities.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from using the w333 Platform:

• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of w333 and their immediate family members.
• Employees of game providers, payment processors, or other service providers associated with w333.
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or banned from the Platform for any reason.
• Professional gamblers, betting syndicates, or individuals engaged in systematic arbitrage or advantage play without prior written approval from w333.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use w333 services, you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card or KTP)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Username and secure password

You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete registration information. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

w333 is required by law and regulatory obligations to verify the identity of all players. You must complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear, color copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government document showing your residential address (dated within the last 3 months)
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your ID document next to your face

KYC verification typically completes within 1-24 hours of document submission. w333 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and change it regularly
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available
• Never share your password or login credentials with any third party
• Notify w333 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices

w333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized or not.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one Account with w333. Creating multiple accounts (sometimes called "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances. w333 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, IP addresses, device fingerprints, payment methods, and behavioral patterns.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

w333 accepts deposits via the following payment methods popular in Indonesia:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Most deposits are processed instantly. w333 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments made from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and your Account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before the first withdrawal
• All bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus-related winnings
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits (for anti-money laundering compliance)
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method:

• Bank Transfers: Under 5 minutes during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM WIB); up to 24 hours outside business hours
• E-Wallets: Typically under 10 minutes, may take up to 2 hours during peak periods

w333 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

w333 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with international standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal. Attempting to use the Platform solely to transfer funds without genuine gaming activity may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts displaying suspicious transaction patterns.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

w333 offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly displayed when you claim the bonus. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry wagering requirements, which specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 1x to 30x the combined deposit plus bonus amount. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

While a bonus is active on your Account:

5.4 Bonus Abuse

w333 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Using low-risk betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements (e.g., betting red and black simultaneously in roulette)
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair bonus advantages

Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and Account terminated without prior notice.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games on the w333 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes to ensure fair and unpredictable results. Game outcomes are final and binding once confirmed on the Platform. w333 does not accept disputes about game results except in cases of clear technical malfunction.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant sports governing body. w333 follows industry-standard settlement rules for various bet types (1X2, Over/Under, Handicap, etc.). In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be voided unless the match is rescheduled within 48 hours.

6.3 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or incorrect odds display:

• All affected bets and game rounds will be voided
• Deposits/wagers will be refunded to player accounts
• w333 will not be liable for any losses resulting from the malfunction

If you notice a malfunction or incorrect odds, you must report it to customer support immediately and cease playing the affected game. Exploiting known errors or malfunctions is prohibited and will result in account termination.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w333 Platform:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment cards, identity theft, providing false information, money laundering, or any form of fraud
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantages, sharing cards in poker, or syndicate betting
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting systems, data mining tools, or any software designed to gain unfair advantages
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing other players or customer support staff, using offensive language, or disruptive conduct in chat functions
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the issue with w333 support

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

w333 strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services temporarily for maintenance, security updates, or technical issues. w333 will not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of service unavailability.

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The w333 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. w333 makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content or services. You use the Platform at your own risk.

8.3 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, w333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account at the time the claim arose.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless w333, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your Account within 30 days. Any unclaimed funds after 90 days may be forfeited.

9.2 Suspension by w333

w333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Your account has been inactive for over 12 consecutive months
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory order
• We cease operations or discontinue services in your jurisdiction

Upon termination, any remaining funds (excluding bonuses and fraudulent winnings) will be returned to you within 30 days, subject to completion of any ongoing investigations.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem, you can request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which w333 holds its operating license. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation against w333.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Amendments to Terms

w333 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must close your Account.

11.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the w333 Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and game content, is the property of w333 or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

11.4 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and translations into other languages, the English version shall prevail.
